These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of disinfection and sanitary treatment services by Kicuvi to any individual or business ("Client", "you") who books or uses our services through our website or by direct contact. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and, where applicable, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Services described on this website are provided by:
All enquiries, complaints, cancellations and requests relating to your personal data should be directed to the contact details above.
Orders may be requested via our website enquiry form, by telephone, or by email. A booking is not binding until Kicuvi has confirmed the appointment in writing (by email or text message), specifying the service requested, the address of the premises, the scheduled date and time, and the applicable price.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when booking (address, access instructions, size and type of premises, nature of the sanitary issue) is accurate and complete. Kicuvi reserves the right to decline or reschedule a booking where access to the premises is not reasonably possible or where the information provided is insufficient to plan the treatment safely.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of any applicable value added tax (VAT). The final price confirmed at booking reflects the scope of work agreed, including the type of treatment, the products used, and the size of the premises to be treated.
Any additional work requested on site that falls outside the originally agreed scope (for example, treatment of additional rooms or a more severe infestation than described) will be quoted separately and requires your approval before being carried out.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing, and may be made by the methods indicated at the time of booking or on the invoice. Kicuvi does not store payment card details.
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking free of charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments due to lack of access, may be subject to a reasonable cancellation charge to cover costs already incurred.
Where services are booked by a consumer at a distance (online, by phone) and are to begin within the statutory 14-day cancellation period, you expressly request that the service commence, and you acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is lost.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the treatment, describing the issue in detail. We will investigate the matter and respond within a reasonable time, and, where appropriate, offer a re-treatment or other suitable remedy in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Kicuvi will perform its services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the extent permitted by law:
This website sets a single cookie, named gdpr_consent, which stores your consent preference for one year. No analytics, tracking, session or advertising cookies are set by default. Advertising measurement tools, where used, operate only after you have given consent and are limited to the order confirmation page.
You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie settings available on our website, or by contacting us at [email protected].
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.
Kicuvi may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply to that transaction.
